in a quick and startling turn of events, i have joined FISH in McLean. i have been excited to really start the season. we have been in the water for a week now with some preseason practices working aerobic base. from what i have seen, i am looking forward to the coming year and what these kids can do if they get some focus on technique.

i will be with FISH for a while, and im working on creating a long term program for my age groupers. its a big project and i look forward to seeing it blossom and the kids grow into quality swimmers with a lifelong career in the water.

but because this was pretty sudden, i am also saddened that i had to leave my FBST kids without any transition. i miss them deeply and i cant wait to see them again at meets when we cross paths.
